Enjoyed the complimentary hot apple cider in the lobby, which was a nice touch. However, the noise levels could be an issue at times, and more variety in the dining options would be appreciated. Still, the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

My family had a fantastic stay with a spacious room and a gorgeous park view. The cakes for our special occasion were a delightful bonus! The bathroom amenities were a lovely touch, and the warm atmosphere made us feel right at home.

The room was spacious with great views over Union Square. It had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. Fitness center was clean. The doorman was friendly, making a good first impression. Coffee was available at reception, but a coffee machine in the room would have been ideal.

Family friendly and delightful experience

Had an outstanding time with the family, the staff practically bent over backwards for us! They even let us check in a lil’ early since we needed to drop our bags and get out to explore, made us feel like VIPs, ya know?

I stayed for 3 nights and loved the fresh look of the newly renovated rooms—super spacious with nice marble touches. The location is perfect for exploring nearby bars and restaurants. Only bummer was that the lobby was closed during my stay, which made check-in a bit confusing. Overall, can’t wait to see the finished renovations!
